Versa Electronics Quality Policy
Through
development and application of the Versa Electronics (VE) quality policy
and procedure documentation, VE and its employees have made a commitment
to quality. VE will provide the highest quality product, on time
delivery, and superior customer service by:

It is
the responsibility of each employee to ensure that their work is
performed in a manner that meets the requirements of the quality system.
Guidelines to carrying out this responsibility include:

Seeking clarification
when expectations or needs are unknown or not understood.

Identifying real and
potential areas of unacceptable quality conditions or situations,
and participating in the corrective action process to eliminate the
unacceptable conditions.

Supporting and
maintaining the quality system through training and understanding
its elements. Refer to Quality Manual section 18.0 and QAP_18.0 for
discussion of training in the functioning of this quality policy.
In order
to support the maintenance of the VE Quality Policy and quality system
generally, VE relies on its employees to support one another by
performing their job duties in accordance with quality policies and
procedures, with appropriate recognition given by management of VE for
job performance contributing to organizational success.
